A crisp, citrusy and effervescent serve featuring George Bishop London Dry Gin and sharp lemon, topped up with sparkling wine.
To create this serve, you’ll need:
– A Coupe Glass
– Ice cubes
– Boston Shaker and Strainer
– George Bishop London Dry Gin
– Lemon Juice
– Sparkling Wine
1. Add a generous amount of ice to your Boston shaker and fill with 50ml George Bishop London Dry Gin, 15ml Lemon Juice and 5ml Sugar Syrup.
2. Shake vigorously and double strain mixture into a coupe glass.
3. Top up with Sparkling Wine and stir gently.
