Bishop’s Bramble
Our multi award winning George Bishop London Dry Gin meets lemon juice, mint and Crème de Mure in this tart yet sweet fruity classic.
To create this serve, you’ll need:
– A Rocks Glass / Tumbler
– Ice
– Ice crusher or rolling pin
– Cocktail Shaker and Strainer
– George Bishop London Dry Gin
– Crème de Mure (Blackberry Liqueur)
– Sugar Syrup
– Lemon Juice
– Fresh Mint or Fresh Blackberries
1. Fill a rocks glass 80% full with crushed ice.
2. Pour 50ml George Bishop London Dry Gin, 25ml Lemon Juice and 15ml Sugar Syrup into a cocktail shaker along with a few mint leaves and a small handful of ice cubes.
3. Shake vigorously and strain the mixture into the ice filled tumbler.
4. Pour 15ml Crème de Mure over the crushed ice and let it bleed down through the mixture.
5. Garnish with Mint Leaves or Fresh Blackberries to elevate the serve.
