To create this serve, you’ll need:

– A Martini Glass
– Ice
– Cocktail Shaker and Strainer
– George Bishop London Dry Gin
– Passion fruit / Tropical fruit juice
– Passion fruit Liqueur
– Fresh Passion Fruit

1. Build up your cocktail shaker with 50ml George Bishop Gin, 25ml Passion fruit Liqueur, 50ml Tropical Fruit Juice and a good handful of ice before shaking well.
2. Slowly strain the mixture into a Martini glass to build a layer of creamy foam.
