Bright and Refreshing, our Kipsi Aperol spritz combines the delicate fruity botanicals of Kipsi Rosé Gin with vibrant Aperol, sparkling blood orange soda, and crisp Prosecco to create a beautifully elevated aperitif perfect for any occasion.

To create this serve, you’ll need:

– A Large Wine Glass
– Ice
– Kipsi Rosé Gin
– Aperol
– Blood Orange Soda
– Prosecco
– Jigger
– Orange Slice for garnish

Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.
Add 15ml Kipsi and 35ml Aperol to the glass.
Pour in 100ml Blood Orange Soda and 50ml Prosecco.
Gently stir to combine while preserving the bubbles.
Elevate this serve by adding a fresh Orange Slice as a garnish.
