To create this serve, you’ll need:

– A Tumbler Glass
– Ice
– Ranscombe Wild Small Batch Gin
– Crème De Cassis
– Lemon Juice
– Sugar Syrup
– Soda Water
– Cucumber Slices 
– Lime Wedges
– Fresh Mint
– Jigger and Bar Spoon /Muddler

1. Add a few cucumber slices, lime wedges, and fresh mint leaves to a tumbler glass and gently muddle to release their flavours and aromas.
2. Add 25ml Ranscombe Wild Small Batch Gin, 15ml Crème de Cassis, 25ml Lemon Juice, and 25ml Sugar Syrup.
3. Stir briefly to combine the ingredients.
4. Fill the glass with ice.
5. Top with 150ml Soda Water and give the serve a final gentle stir.
6. Elevate this serve by garnishing with additional cucumber slices, a lime wedge, and a sprig of fresh mint.
