*How long are vouchers valid from: Our Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

*How do I redeem a voucher: Vouchers can be used on our website. Select a product or experience and add it to the cart. Where it is an experience, make sure you select the date/time of the experience and how many tickets you need. Once in the shopping basket you will find an Option in blue “Have a Coupon. Click Here To Enter Your Code.”, select this and you can enter your voucher code. Once entered this should then deduct the sum of the voucher from your basket total.

*I would like a physical Voucher: All vouchers purchased are sent a digital voucher on completion of the order. If you only wish to have a digital voucher, select ” Digital Voucher Only” as a shipping option. If you would prefer a physical voucher as well, please select an alternative shipping option and we will post an A6 card voucher to your selected shipping address.

*I need to change the date of my booking: If more than 10 working days from the booking date you can to this for free. Simply contact the distillery either by phone or email and we will be able to assist. If within 10 working days of the booking date, you can still move a booking but we will need to change a re-booking fee. This is equivalent to 30% of the full ticket value. Again please contact the distillery and we will be able to assist.

*Can we visit you: Maidstone Distillery makes for a truly memorable destination. Predominantly from Monday to Friday we are manufacturing spirits for both ourselves as well as valued trade clients. All staff are actively involved in production and are always happy to talk with customers and the trade about our fascinating story as the Home of English Gin as well as our hand crafted production techniques. Our bar and shop are open all week except Sundays and we run popular spirit based experiences on Fridays and Saturdays as well as by request. We are a trade customer, can we buy directly from you: We sell our spirits directly and through a number of local and regional distributors.
