Our delightfully zesty and herbaceous Ranscombe Wild Small Batch Gin, combined with local Honey and fresh Lemon. Zingy and well balanced.

To create this serve, you’ll need:

– A Martini Glass
– Ice
– Cocktail Shaker and Strainer
– Ranscombe Wild Small Batch Gin
– Honey
– Lemon Juice
– Fresh Lemon

1. Add 50ml Ranscombe Wild Gin, 10ml Honey, 25ml Lemon Juice and a generous handful of ice to a cocktail shaker, then shake vigourously.
2. Strain the mixture into your favourite martini glass.
3. Garnish with a twist of Fresh Lemon Peel to elevate the serve.
