Elegantly floral, showcasing Kipsi Rosé Gin with Elderflower to create a lightly golden and sophisticated serve. 

To create this serve, you’ll need:

– A Coupe Glass
– Ice
– Kipsi Rosé Gin
– Elderflower Tonic
– Sparkling Wine
– Lemon
– Mixing Glass and strainer

1. Add 50ml Kipsi Rosé Gin and 50ml Elderflower tonic to your mixing glass along with a handful of ice cubes.
2. Stir until perfectly cool and strain mixture into a coupe glass.
3. Top up with Sparkling Wine. Elevate this serve by adding a garnish of a fresh or dried lemon.
