Southside
Our spin on the classic Southside. This refreshing serve combines our George Bishop London Dry Gin with Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup and Mint, all before being strained over crushed ice and garnished with Fresh Mint Leaves.
To create this serve, you’ll need:
– A Coupe or Martini Glass
– Ice Cubes
– Ice crusher or rolling pin
– Cocktail Shaker and Strainer
– George Bishop London Dry Gin
– Sugar Syrup
– Lime Juice
– Fresh Mint
1. Fill a rocks glass 80% full with crushed ice.
2. Pour 50ml George Bishop London Dry Gin, 25ml Lemon Juice and 15ml Sugar Syrup into a cocktail shaker along with a few mint leaves and a small handful of ice cubes.
3. Shake vigorously and strain the mixture into the ice filled tumbler.
4. Pour 15ml Crème de Mure over the crushed ice and let it bleed down through the mixture.
5. Garnish with Mint Leaves or Fresh Blackberries to elevate the serve.
