Elegantly balancing our Kipsi Rosé Gin and Lemon with bitter cherry and perfumed violet to create a timeless twist on the classic Gin Sour.
To create this serve, you’ll need:
– A Martini Glass
– Ice
– Kipsi Rosé Gin
– Lemon Juice
– Creme de Violette
– Maraschino Liqueur
– Boston Shaker and strainer
– Glacé Cherries
1. Add 50ml Kipsi Rosé Gin, 15ml Lemon Juice, 5ml Creme de Violette and 5ml Maraschino Liqueur to your Boston shaker along with a handful of ice cubes.
2. Shake vigorously and double strain mixture into a Martini glass.
3. Elevate this serve by adding a garnish of a Glacé Cherry.
