Description
Kipsi Rosé Gin is a smooth, juicy, and lip-smacking pink gin, celebrated for its balance, elegance, and complexity.
Rooted in the rich landscapes of the Garden of England, we took a classic gin and reimagined it—barrel ageing it and steeping it with English soft fruits to create something truly distinctive.
Inspired by rosé culture and the art of slowing down, Kipsi is designed for long afternoons, shared tables, and conversations that linger into the evening.
It’s a modern expression of gin—innovative, expressive, and made to be part of your story.
Inspired by “The Garden of England,” where King Henry VIII admired its abundant soft fruits, this gin reflects local heritage. These fruits were traditionally harvested in wicker baskets called “Kipsi’s,” inspiring the gin’s name and character.
We carefully distil fruity botanicals and age the spirit in ex-Bourbon oak casks. This process adds subtle vanilla sweetness, creamy texture, and delicate spice, enhancing the natural fruit flavours. Kentish Morellos, dark cherries, strawberries, and raspberries create a delicate, sophisticated pink gin, layered with complexity and charm.
Serve Kipsi Rosé Gin with premium tonic water and garnish with soft fruits for a refreshing, elegant experience. Equally versatile in cocktails where its unique flavour shines and elevates your drinking experience. Each sip offers a vibrant, aromatic, and refined taste that delights the senses.
Beautifully presented, every bottle makes a luxurious gift for gin enthusiasts who appreciate craftsmanship, tradition, and creativity. Embodying both refinement and personality, Kipsi is perfect for special occasions or thoughtful gestures.
Since 1785, our distilling legacy has embodied pride, skill, and authenticity. Kipsi Rosé Gin combines natural elegance, heritage, and modern innovation in a single exquisite spirit.
