Lemon Drop Spritz

Our full flavour, low alcohol alternative George Bishop Gin Essence, infused with zingy lemon and elderflower in this sweet and sharp delight.

To create this low alcohol serve, you’ll need:

– A Gin Goblet
– Ice
– George Bishop Gin Essence
– Lemon Juice
– Lemonade
– Elderflower Cordial
– Fresh or Dried Lemon

1. Half fill your favourite gin goblet with ice and add 5ml George Bishop Essence, 20ml Elderflower Cordial, 25ml Lemon Juice.
2. Top up with 150ml Lemonade and gently stir the mixture.
3. Garnish with a slice of dried or fresh lemon to elevate the serve.
